There's loads of info out there about what you need to do in order to get fit and feel good, and it can get pretty confusing. 

one of the things I love most about skipping is the simplicity of it. who would have thought that a simple skipping rope could be so versatile and so good for your health!

a skipping rope is the only piece of fitness equipment I own. It's a super affordable, efficient and fun way of exercising and you can take your skipping rope anywhere. 

combined with bodyweight exercises like pushups, sit ups and squats, skipping is all you need to feel great.
